The 7th National Kindergarten conference took place in Pune from December 5th to 8th, 2024
Our annual Kindergarten conference was a successful gathering of mentors, teachers from all around the country, and parents.
Clara Aerts, our highly revered mentor, gave insightful talks about digital media maturity.
The sessions/ discussions revolved around raising awareness regarding the adverse effects of Media usage on young children, and promoting mindful ways to achieve a balance by working on our thinking, feeling, and willing life.
🔹The emphasis on maintaining openness and positive outlook emerged as the key factors in preventing potential damage caused by media exposure.
🔹The sessions were beautifully complemented by practical examples, role plays, and living experiences to help participants in their interactions and work with young children.
🔹Various core members addressed the relationship between digital media and the four lower senses, highlighting nature as an antidote, and this was further supported by interactions between parents and teachers.
Overall, the gathering was a resounding success. The key highlight was the coming together of teachers from diverse backgrounds and regions, each contributing to the overall richness and diversity of the whole experience.
